Café Caspar is part of the Modez Fashion Hotel, designed by Nexit Architecten, who cooperated with Studio Piet Paris on the art direction of the rooms that were designed by different (fashion)designers. The interior of the café was designed by both Remy&Veenhuizen and Vroonland designers. Remy&Veenhuizen took care of the bar, lighting and windowbenches.

Their designs refer to the craftmanship of timbered houses. The bar with iron handles resembles a workbench while chisels are used to operate the beer tap. In the design of the windowside benches the timbered details can be clearly seen. All benches are upholstered with different textiles in the same color tones.
